More about the

ORIGAMI Pinn Dripper + Jig

A perfectly balanced cup in “1 minute 30 seconds”. Since longer extraction times tend to bring out undesirable elements, the ORIGAMI Pinn Dripper is engineered for short extraction times. This yields a clear flavor profile with minimal off-notes or bitterness. It particularly enhances the delicate aroma and taste of lightly roasted beans.

Why I recommend this product

  • Very fast flow, creating light and acidic coffees
  • Beautiful brewer made of ceramic

Things to keep in mind

  • Not very beginner friendly
  • Requires folding of filters to make them fit

This dripper became so popular when released it was impossible to purchase for a long while and is still hard to find!
