The ORIGAMI ReWork dripper has the same shape as the regular ORIGAMI dripper, but the major difference is in its manufacturing process, which uses 20% recycled porcelain that was crushed during production.

More about the

ORIGAMI ReWork Dripper

The 20 ribs (grooves) create a space between the dripper and the paper, allowing the hot water to escape smoothly and enabling a wide variety of brewing. The ORIGAMI ReWork dripper has a “shimmering” appearance that can be felt because it is made from clay mixed with crushed recycled porcelain and fired. The unglazed, matte finish, which preserves the unique texture of the porcelain, gives the cup a sophisticated and unique appearance.

For light-medium roasts I strongly recommend conical filters because they allow the water to pass more easily through and around the coffee bed. For medium-dark roasts I recommend the flat wave filters because they slow down the flow to create a more balanced and sweet cup.

Why I recommend this product

  • 20% recycled ceramic
  • Beautiful pattern and material
  • Very flexible and unique brewer: works with both conical and flat filters
  • Fast flowing for great acidity and clarity

Things to keep in mind

  • Requires a bit more skill to use with conical filters
  • Purchasing a separate holder might be necessary

The first time I opened the box and saw this dripper I audible gasped at how beautiful it looks, it is truly a work of art!
