The metal ball placed at the base of the dripper blocks water from flowing through, allowing the poured water to stay inside the dripper for 2 minutes. Then, with the push of a button, the coffee flows down into the coffee cup, allowing for easy, even coffee extraction. This set includes the Switch (size 02), a glass server and 40 paper filters.

More about the

HARIO Switch with Server (set) - 02 (1-2 cups)

V60 brewing is all about freedom. Unlike traditional V60 drippers with which coffee is extracted through the constant pouring of hot water, this dripper is specifically made for immersion extraction.

This set includes everything (besides the coffee and perhaps a grinder) to get started making delicious coffee and makes a great gift for someone getting into filter coffee!
